Theseus Labs is an infrastructure technology company. We build a deterministic, low-latency runtime platform for teams that run operationally sensitive logic in production.
Most mission-critical systems today rely on infrastructure that was never designed for the job. Decision logic is scattered across scripts, services, and spreadsheets. Changes are slow and risky. Audit trails are reconstructed after the fact. When something breaks, understanding what happened takes days.
We started Theseus because we believe this is a runtime problem, not a tooling problem. The logic itself needs a home: versioned, deterministic, traceable, and governed. Not retrofitted from general-purpose tools, but built from first principles for environments where correctness, latency, and auditability are non-negotiable.
Our first product, Saronic, targets institutional trading desks — where the cost of failure is highest and the performance requirements are most demanding. Finance is the starting point, not the ceiling.

Founder and CEO
Andreas founded Theseus Labs after spending years building and operating risk and pricing infrastructure at Morgan Stanley, working across FX and rates. Before that, he worked at Amazon Web Services.
The pattern was the same everywhere: mission-critical decision logic running on infrastructure that was never designed for determinism, traceability, or safe change control. Teams spent more time coordinating deployments and reconstructing incidents than building the logic itself.
Theseus exists to close that gap. A runtime built for the problem, not adapted from something else.
Whether you are exploring Saronic for your trading desk or want to learn more about the platform, we would like to hear from you.
