Information you give us. The only place on this site where you enter information is the pilot request form on our contact page. It asks for your name, work email address, firm, role, what you would run in parallel during a pilot, and anything else you would like to tell us. If you email us directly, we will also hold your email address and the contents of your correspondence.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records limited technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view. These server logs are used for security and to keep the site running. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
We use the information you give us to respond to your pilot request, to correspond with you about whether and how a pilot could work, and to keep a record of our business conversations. Under UK data protection law, our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR) and our legitimate interests in developing our business, responding to enquiries and keeping our website secure (Article 6(1)(f)).
We will not add you to marketing lists without your consent, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it outside the business except with the service providers we use to run it. Those providers act on our instructions and currently include Webflow, which hosts our website and processes form submissions, and Google, which provides our email and business documents. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to our professional advisers where necessary.
Some of our providers, including Webflow and Google, store information in the United States. Where your information leaves the UK, we rely on recognised safeguards such as the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses with the UK Addendum.
We keep pilot request details and related correspondence while we are in touch, and for up to 24 months after our last contact. If a pilot or other engagement goes ahead, we keep records for the life of that relationship and for as long afterwards as the law requires. We delete or anonymise information we no longer need.
You have rights under UK data protection law, including the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to have it transferred to another provider. To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@theseus-labs.com.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, although we would welcome the chance to resolve any concern with you first.
This site uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work. We do not use analytics, advertising or other non-essential cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
This site and our services are aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information, including limiting access to the people who need it. No internet transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
